ABOUT US

[
]

At Wave Render Studio, we create photorealistic 3D visualisations that genuinely support both the design and sales process.

We work with architects, developers and modular house manufacturers. We prepare visualisations of architecture, interiors and residential developments – tailored to the stage of the project and the communication goal.

Our approach is built on nearly a decade of design experience gained through working with outdoor spaces and gardens. This allows us to understand not only the image itself, but also the decisions behind it: proportions, spatial relationships, function and the context of the investment.

OUR DIFFERENTIATOR

A combination of design expertise and experience in communicating property developments – our visualisations not only look realistic, but are also effective tools in the sales process.

TOOLS

We use professional visualisation tools such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, SketchUp and Lumion. We continuously develop our skills through specialised training in 3D technologies and architectural visualisation.

Our work has been recognised in an international competition organised by Lumion, where we achieved 5th place worldwide.

We are also active within the industry related to modular and prefabricated construction. We take part in events and trade fairs dedicated to this sector.

Visualisation is our way of organising a project and presenting it in a clear, understandable form. It helps communicate the concept, supports decision-making, and strengthens project communication – whether in conversations with clients, investors, or the design team.

Each project is approached individually, considering its scale, audience, and intended use of the materials. We work within a structured process – from analysing the documentation, through defining the visual direction, to delivering final renders ready for online publication, offers, and presentations.

We collaborate as a design partner who understands both the architecture itself and the way it should be presented.
